Letter to our Community

Updated: Mar 23, 2020

Hello from all of us at Miracle Playsystems to the communities we serve. Looking back a week ago it’s hard to believe we’d be facing such events. Though our staff is healthy, we’ve all been effected by this health crisis and for those in the communities we serve and beyond who are impacted by the virus our hearts go out to you.

During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we are approaching this shift at Miracle.

First, our thoughts and prayers go out to anyone who is affected, both directly and indirectly – especially those that are sick. We’re humbled to hear the stories of the healthcare workers who are on the front lines supporting patients affected by the virus.

Second, at Miracle, just like within your organizations, our team has been strongly encouraged to work from home. Because we were already a distributed work force, the shift has been mostly smooth and we’re open for business as usual. Our manufacturers are currently at 100% capacity and shipping on time. Also, for those counties that have now been affected by a shelter in place mandate, we learned on Thursday per the counties health mandate order that public works construction projects are exempt from any work stoppage and have been ordered to continue working due to public agencies being considered essential services. We’re standing by ready to help keep your projects moving.

We’ve been quick to shift team members to support customers where needed and we’ve all been encouraged to stay flexible and creative to best support you. We’ve also asked our team to make heavy outbound communications via phone, email, and social media to each of you to learn how we can support you at this time. We’re using video conferencing to meet your needs where required to move your projects along. Just ask if that would be helpful.

Third, even as we deal with this crisis, we remain focused on you, our customers. While all of us are in uncharted waters, our business was built to support through these kinds of times. We are founded on 5 core values: provide outstanding customer service, communicate visually, creating fun, never stop innovating, and giving back. Our core values ring true now more than ever and will guide us through the coming days, weeks, months and years alongside you.

During this time we’re supporting our local communities through philanthropic donations. We’re also shifting some team member’s focus to support Rapid Relief Efforts locally.

If you have other ways for us to help you and your agencies and communities, please let me know by emailing me at info@miracleplaygroup.com.

We have an amazing team at Miracle that are here to support you at this time. Today we’re connected on a new level; we’ve all been asked to step up to show our compassion, patience and thoughtfulness with each other and our communities.

On behalf of all of us at Miracle, we’re committed to supporting you through this.

We’ll be sure to keep you updated… so for now don’t forget to breathe… We’ve got this!

In good health,

Kit Steven, President
